How to Open an MCmodel Support Ticket

Follow these steps to quickly and easily open a support ticket on MCmodels:

1. Join the Official MCmodels Discord
   Join the MCmodels community by visiting Discord Invite Link.

2. Navigate to MCmodels Profile
   Go to MCmodels Profile.

3. Connect Your Discord Account

   • Look for the Discord connection option.
   • Click Connect to link your Discord with your MCmodels account.
     

4. Access Your Orders Page
   Go to MCmodels Orders.

5. Open a Support Ticket

   • Find and click Open Ticket Support.
   • Once opened, check your Discord for the new support ticket channel.
     

6. Enjoy
   Now you can communicate with MCmodels support through your ticket on Discord!
